Hal ini diungkapkan Wakil Bupati Muba Beni Hernedi SIP yang juga merupakan Ketua Federasi Panjat Tebing Indonesia (FPTI) Sumatra Selatan saat menjadi narasumber pada Seminar dan Webinar Nasional Olahraga Panjat Tebing di Masa Pandemi Dengan Tema Meningkatkan Imunitas Melawan Covid-19 Melalui Olahraga Panjat Tebing, Sabtu (31\/10\/2020) di Graha Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya (Polsri) Palembang. <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dengan olahraga panjat tebing semua otot dalam tubuh akan bekerja secara keras dan maksimal, tentu jika dilakukan secara rutin bukan tidak mungkin dapat menambah massa otot dan  menambah daya tahan tubuh dan meningkatkan kinerja jantung,&#8221; ungkap Beni Hernedi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/A2-6.jpg\"  alt=\"A2-6 Tingkatkan Imun Lawan COVID-19 Lewat Olahraga Panjat Tebing\"  class=\"wp-image-3817\" width=\"593\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/A2-6.jpg 593w, https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/A2-6-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/A2-6-150x100.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanjutnya, Panjat tebing membutuhkan daya tahan tubuh yang fit dan dengan sendirinya jika dilakukan secara efektif serta berkala tentu akan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Nah, dengan meningkatnya imunitas tubuh tentu dapat menangkal penularan COVID-19 melalui olarahga panjat tebing ini,&#8221; jelas Ketua PMI Muba tersebut. Beni menambahkan, saat ini FPTI Sumsel telah melakukan seleksi tim Pelatnas U-17 dan U-16. &#8220;Seleksi telah dilakukan, dan Sumsel dipastikan mengirim 4 atlet panjat tebing yakni dua atlet putra dan dua atlet putri,&#8221; bebernya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Kepala Bidang Dokter Kesehatan Masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumsel, Feri Pahrizl SKM MKM menuturkan, olahraga panjat tebing dapat memacu kinerja jantung yang bekerja lebih keras sehingga memompa darah ke seluruh bagian tubuh sekaligus melancarkan sirkulasi peredaran darah.  &#8220;Manfaat yang dirasakan dengan olahraga panjat tebing dapat meningkatkan massa otot dan banyak juga manfaat yang didapatkan untuk kesehatan tubuh kita,&#8221; terangnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua Panitia Seminar dan Webinar Nasional Olahraga Panjat Tebing di Masa Pandemi, Ahmad Romadon mengaku, banyak ilmu dan pemahaman baru yang diperoleh dari rangkaian seminar tersebut, terlebih rangkaian seminar diisi oleh sejumlah narasumber berkompeten yang berkecimpung pada olahraga Panjat Tebing.&#8221;Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh pelaku olahraga panjat tebing dari 10 Provinsi di Indonesia yang ikut serta dalam rangkaian webinar dan juga dihadiri perwakilan pengurus FPTI Sumsel,&#8221; jelasnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romadon menambahkan, kegiatan seminar ini juga menjawab kegalauan pelaku olahraga panjat tebing di Sumsel yang selama masa pandemi ini dilema untuk melaksanakan latihan. &#8220;Dengan penjelasan narsum berkompeten pada rangkaian seminar ini menjawab semua kegalauan kami selaku pelaku olahraga panjat tebing,&#8221; ucapnya.
