Tata kelola sumur masyarakat segera diterapkan secara legal dan berkelanjutan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

JAMBI, PERSADAEKSPRES.COM\u2014 <\/strong>Bupati Musi Banyuasin H M Toha Tohet SH menghadiri Rapat Kerja Nasional (Rakernas) I Tahun 2026 Asosiasi Daerah Penghasil Migas dan Energi Terbarukan (ADPMET) di Ballroom Swiss-Belhotel Jambi, Kamis (7\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rakornas bertema \u201cMemperkuat Fiskal dan Integrasi Sumur Tua, Sumur Masyarakat, Idle Field dan Pengembangan Modular Refinery\u201d itu diikuti 170 peserta dari 33 daerah penghasil migas dan 30 BUMD se-Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turut mendampingi Bupati Muba diantaranya Kepala Bappeda Dr H Mursalin SE MM, Plt Kepala Dinas Kominfo Daud Amri SH, Plt Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Oktarizal SE, Kabag SDA Setda Muba Rangga Perdana Putera SSTP MSi, dan Kabag Prokopim M Agung Perdana SSTP MSi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketua Umum ADPMET yang juga Gubernur Jambi Dr H Al Haris SSos MH mengatakan, Rakernas menjadi forum penting untuk memperkuat sinergi daerah penghasil migas, termasuk membahas implementasi Permen ESDM Nomor 14 Tahun 2025, serta juga mendorong penguatan Participating Interest (PI) 10 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDaerah penghasil migas harus semangat. Kita berharap DBH Migas bisa maksimal dan pengelolaan migas benar-benar memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam kesempatan yang sama Sekjen ADPMET Dr Ir Andang Bachtiar MSc menyebut Rakernas kali ini membahas penyesuaian Dana Bagi Hasil Migas Tahun 2026 di tengah kebijakan efisiensi pemerintah pusat, serta integrasi pengelolaan sumur tua, sumur masyarakat, idle field, dan modular refinery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHasil Rakernas ini nantinya akan menjadi rekomendasi resmi ADPMET kepada pemerintah pusat,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu Bupati Muba H M Toha Tohet SH yang juga menjadi salah satu Ketua ADPMET disela acara berharap Rakernas ini dapat menghasilkan rekomendasi konkret bagi pemerintah pusat, terutama terkait penguatan fiskal daerah penghasil migas, optimalisasi Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), serta kepastian regulasi bagi pengelolaan sumur masyarakat di daerah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKami berharap Rakernas ini melahirkan kebijakan yang benar-benar berpihak kepada daerah penghasil migas, sehingga potensi energi yang ada dapat memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pembangunan daerah,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lanjut Bupati Toha menyatakan bahwa Kabupaten Muba siap menjalankan implementasi Permen ESDM Nomor 14 Tahun 2025 melalui tata kelola sumur minyak masyarakat yang legal dan sesuai regulasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPermen ESDM Nomor 14 Tahun 2025 memberi ruang yang jelas bagi daerah dalam menata sumur minyak masyarakat agar lebih tertib, aman, dan berdampak bagi peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat,\u201d ujar Toha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ia juga mengungkapkan, Pemkab Muba akan melaunching tata kelola sumur minyak masyarakat pada 13 Mei 2026 mendatang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIni langkah nyata Muba mendukung peningkatan lifting minyak nasional sekaligus memastikan aktivitas masyarakat berjalan sesuai ketentuan,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
