Sinergi ini penting agar pembangunan tidak berjalan sendiri-sendiri, tetapi saling menguatkan,\u201d kata Toha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/IMG-20260414-WA0032-1024x681.jpg\"  alt=\"IMG-20260414-WA0032-1024x681 Bupati Muba HM Toha Tohet Ikuti Musrenbang RKPD Sumsel 2027\"  class=\"wp-image-29180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/IMG-20260414-WA0032-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/IMG-20260414-WA0032-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/IMG-20260414-WA0032-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/persadaekspres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/IMG-20260414-WA0032.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lanjutnya, secara makro Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin ditargetkan mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 6,20\u20136,50 persen, dengan tingkat pengangguran terbuka 1,98 persen, tingkat kemiskinan 9,20 persen, rasio gini 0,200, serta IPM sebesar 73,50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Target ini menjadi indikator utama dalam mengukur keberhasilan pembangunan daerah ke depan,&#8221; ulasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia menambahkan, dalam rangka menjawab isu strategis seperti kemiskinan, konektivitas wilayah, daya saing investasi, serta keterbatasan kapasitas fiskal, Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin mendorong penguatan program pembangunan yang selaras dengan prioritas provinsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Sebagai langkah konkret, Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin mengusulkan program prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan strategis, antara lain peningkatan ruas Sukarami\u2013Berlian Makmur, Mangun Jaya\u2013Macang Sakti, serta lanjutan ruas Jirak\u2013Mekar Jaya,&#8221; imbuhnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Pembangunan ini diarahkan untuk membuka akses wilayah produksi, memperlancar distribusi, dan mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain infrastruktur, Muba juga mendukung program strategis Provinsi pada sektor pendidikan, kesehatan, ketahanan pangan, serta penguatan kewirausahaan dan generasi muda, sebagai bagian dari upaya menciptakan pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Pemkab Muba akan memperkuat sinergi lintas sektor dengan pemerintah pusat dan provinsi, serta mendorong kolaborasi dengan dunia usaha melalui skema pembiayaan alternatif seperti KPBU dan CSR guna mengoptimalkan keterbatasan fiskal daerah,&#8221; ulasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gubernur Sumsel, Dr Herman Deru SH MM, menegaskan bahwa penyusunan RKPD 2027 harus berorientasi pada hasil nyata yang dirasakan masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia meminta seluruh Kepala Daerah dan pemangku kepentingan untuk tidak sekadar menyusun program, tetapi memastikan setiap perencanaan memiliki dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPerencanaan pembangunan tidak boleh lagi bersifat normatif. Harus tajam, terukur, dan mampu menjawab kebutuhan riil masyarakat. Sinkronisasi dengan program nasional juga menjadi kunci agar pembangunan berjalan efektif,\u201d tegas Herman Deru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sementara itu, Wakil Menteri Dalam Negeri, Dr Bima Arya Sugiarto, menekankan bahwa Musrenbang merupakan instrumen penting untuk menjaga kesinambungan pembangunan antara pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Ia mengingatkan agar seluruh daerah mampu menerjemahkan arah kebijakan nasional ke dalam program yang adaptif dan inovatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRKPD bukan sekadar dokumen administratif, tetapi kompas pembangunan daerah.
