Setelah menemui warga yang melapor, Tim PLN Baturaja langsung bergerak cepat melakukan perbaikan guna memastikan keamanan dan kenyamanan warga. Perbaikan yang dilakukan dengan mengencangkan kabel yang agak turun kebawah sehingga menggangu aktifitas warga serta memastikan keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam menggunakan listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manager PLN Baturaja, Fahmi Ramadhona, secara terpisah menegaskan komitmen dalam memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dan mengucapkan terima kasih atas kepedulian warga terkait kondisi kelistrikan di sekitarnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kami akan terus berupaya memberikan layanan terbaik dan pelanggan tidak perlu ragu untuk melaporkan apabila menemukan kondisi listrik yang terganggu,&#8221; ujar Fahmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fahmi juga mengajak masyarakat untuk menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile untuk melaporkan masalah terkait layanan PLN.
