M. Taufik Husni, S.H.,M.H., menghimbau agar masyarakat dapat bijak dalam mencermati tagihan listrik pasca selesainya masa diskon tarif listrik 50 persen yang berlaku di bulan Januari-Februari lalu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dirinya mengingatkan akan potensi kenaikan tagihan dikarenakan perubahan pola pemakaian selama masa diskon tersebut, ditambah dengan peningkatan pemakaian peralatan listrik selama bulan Ramadhan dan Idul Fitri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Masyarakat harus mencermati tagihan listrik bulan April ini, bisa jadi terasa naik karena sebelumnya hanya bayar separo. Apalagi selama puasa dan lebaran kemarin, bisa jadi penggunaan alat listrik juga meningkat,&#8221; ujar Taufik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pria yang aktif dalam advokasi konsumen itu juga mengajak agar masyarakat sebagai pelanggan PLN bisa memanfaatkan saluran pelanggan yang disediakan, terutama untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam mendapatkan layanan serta menyampaikan keluhan ataupun laporan jika terjadi kendala pada kelistrikan di rumahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Pelanggan bisa gunakan saluran pengaduan atau gunakan aplikasi yang telah disediakan, supaya mudah dalam mendapatkan layanan maupun melaporkan keluhan. Mari menjadi pelanggan yang cerdas, dan YLKI selalu mendukung agar pelanggan mendapatkan layanan yang terbaik,&#8221; imbuhnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilansir dari Kompas.com, bahwa Pemerintah memutuskan untuk tidak mengubah tarif listrik bagi pelanggan subsidi dan nonsubsidi selama bulan April 2025. Kebijakan tersebut dilakukan untuk menjaga daya beli masyarakat dan daya saing usaha. Sementara, di media sosial sempat muncul beberapa postingan yang mengeluhkan terjadinya kenaikan tagihan listriknya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menanggapi hal tersebut, PLN Unit Induk Distribusi (UID) Sumatera Selatan, Jambi, dan Bengkulu (S2JB) mengajak masyarakat cermat dalam mengelola pemakaian listrik agar tagihan listrik dapat terkontrol dengan baik. Salah satu solusi dalam mengelola tagihan listrik adalah dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur aplikasi PLN Mobile. Pelanggan PLN dapat langsung mengecek jumlah pemakaian listrik dan besaran tagihan di Riwayat Penggunaan listrik pada aplikasi PLN Mobile. Selain itu, guna mengatur anggaran rumah untuk mengetahui estimasi jumlah tagihan listrik, masyarakat juga dapat memanfaatkan fitur Swacam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General Manager PLN UID S2JB, Adhi Herlambang, menjelaskan bahwa PLN selalu berkomitmen memberikan layanan yang transparan kepada pelanggan. Menurutnya, jika terjadi lonjakan tagihan, hal ini dapat berkaitan langsung dengan pola pemakaian listrik yang berubah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPeningkatan jumlah tagihan listrik tentunya dapat terjadi terkait dengan konsumsi listrik yang bertambah, terutama pada penggunaan alat elektronik seperti AC, pemanas air, oven, atau peralatan rumah tangga lainnya. Kami pastikan juga bahwa tarif listrik tidak mengalami kenaikan di periode Januari hingga Maret 2025\u201d ujar Adhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adhi juga mendorong masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan aplikasi PLN Mobile, khususnya fitur Swacam (Swadaya Catat Meter). Melalui fitur ini, pelanggan dapat secara mandiri mencatat angka kWh meter dan memperoleh estimasi tagihan listrik pada akhir bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFitur Swacam ini sangat bermanfaat agar pelanggan bisa memantau pemakaian listrik bulan berjalan secara real-time, sehingga tidak kaget saat menerima tagihan.
