LAHAT, PERSADAEKSPRES.COM – <\/strong>Kabar gembira datang bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kabupaten Lahat. Setelah delapan tahun menanti Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP), akhirnya mengalami kenaikan signifikan sebesar 200 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kebijakan ini diumumkan langsung Bupati Lahat, H Bursah Zarnubi SE didampingi Wakil Bupati (Wabup), Widia Ningsih SH MH, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda), Chandra SH MM, Asisten III serta Kepala Bagian (Kabag) Organisasi.
Keputusan ini diambil di awal kepemimpinan BZ-WIN sebagai bentuk apresiasi, terhadap kinerja ASN sekaligus dorongan agar pelayanan publik semakin optimal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H Bursah Zarnubi mengatakan, kebijakan ini adalah momentum yang sangat baik bagi ASN, untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka, terutama dalam melayani masyarakat.Kami ingin dengan kenaikan TPP ini setiap ASN bekerja lebih maksimal dan lebih baik lagi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ini adalah bentuk komitmen kami untuk mendukung kesejahteraan pegawai, sekaligus memastikan pelayanan publik berjalan dengan optimal,\u201d ujarnya, Sabtu, (15\/3\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Namun, ia mengemukakan, semuanya ini akan diiringi dengan penegakan disiplin yang lebih ketat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika nantinya ditemukan ASN yang kinerjanya menurun atau tidak bekerja sesuai tugas dan tanggung jawabnya maka bisa saja TPP yang telah dinaikkan akan dikurangi atau dipotong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKami menaikkan TPP ini bukan sekadar pemberian insentif, tapi juga sebagai lompatan besar untuk membangun kedisiplinan di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Lahat. ASN yang malas, sering absen dan tidak menjalankan tugas dengan baik harus siap menerima konsekuensi,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu, Widia Ningsih menuturkan, kebijakan ini mampu menjadi contoh bagi daerah lain khususnya di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
