Salah satu upaya yang diterapkan untuk mewujudkan hal itu adalah dengan menerapkan \u201cTalent Pool\u2019 atau Manajemen Talenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manajemen Talenta atau Talent Pool merupakan sebuah proses untuk mengindentifikasi para pegawai yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk menjadi future leaders (pemimpin dimasa depan). Proses identifikasi ini didasarkan pada dua elemen kunci, yakni aspek kompetensi dan aspek kinerja (perfomance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijelaskan Pj. Bupati Banyuasin Hani Syopiar Rustam salah satu cara yang digunakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuasin untuk menerapkan Manajemen Pool adalah dengan menyelenggarakan test berbasis komputer untuk menilai potensi ASN yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNamanya CACT atau Computer Assisted Competency Test. Hasil dari CACT dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pemetaan potensi ASN yang selanjutnya dapat menjadi dasar melakukan pengembangan kinerja dan karir ASN yang bersangkutan\u201d Urai beliau yang ditemui Tim Liputan di Ruang Rapat Guest House Rumah Dinas Bupati Banyuasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih jauh beliau menyampaikan bahwa hasil CACT ini akan menjadi bahan evaluasi dan pertimbangan dalam melihat posisi seorang ASN dalam jabatannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHasil testnya saat ini sedang dalam proses rekapitulasi , tentunya nanti akan dilaporkan ke saya (Bupati,red) beserta rekomendasinya\u201d ujar Hani Syopiar. Beliau mengatakan dengan adanya hasil test ini akan menjadi salah satu faktor dalam penunjukkan pejabat di lingkungan Pemkab Banyuasin kedepan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Banyuasin, Drs. Edhi Haryono menjelaskan CACT merupakan penilaian kompetensi mengggunakan metode untuk mengungkap Kompetensi Manajerial, Kompetensi Sosial Kultural, Literasi Digital serta Emerging Skill.
